Excerpt PLEASE READ CAREFULLY The purchase of any travel services offered by Iman Tours constitutes a contractual agreement between you and any person included under this reservation (hereinafter collectively referred to as “you,” “your,” “arranger,” “participant,” or “traveler(s)”) and Iman Tours, and represents your acceptance of terms & conditions set out in full on the website (the “Terms & Conditions” or “Terms of Use” on the “Iman Tours”). By signing below, you acknowledge that you have carefully read, understand, and agree to the Terms & Conditions prior to booking including, but not limited to, the specific provisions below. The Terms & Conditions are subject to change at any time. You are bound by such revisions and should therefore request the latest version of the Terms & Conditions from an authorized representative before booking. If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, please cancel your booking by written notification to Iman Tours (cancellation fees may apply).

Return/Cancellation Policy :

After booking a package, all cancellation requests must be received by Iman Tours in writing. The traveler acknowledges and understands that Iman Tours LLC incurs significant expenses and losses if a traveler cancels a booking. The traveler expressly understands that the following cancellation fees will apply and be strictly adhered to by Iman Tours Corp: For any written cancellation received by Iman Tours LLC: (a) All cancelations will be subject to a mandatory cancelation fee of $1000 without exception, no matter the reason. (b) The remaining balance of payments made (all besides the cancelation fee of $1000) will be eligible for refund. (c) If a refund is requested after the traveler's airline ticket has been purchased, Iman Tours LLC will be able to refund all payments made besides the airline ticket and the cancelation fee ($1000) for the tour. (d) It is the traveler's responsibility to contact the airline directly for ticket refunds. Be advised that airlines have their own policies and procedure for refunds. Iman Tours LLC is not responsible for airline ticket refunds and/or contacting the airlines on the behalf of travelers. (e) All tours have unique deadlines for payments. All unfulfilled payments for tours will be subject to automatic cancelation by the tour's deadline. The traveler will then have to pay the mandatory cancelation fee of $1000 and request a refund for payments made.

These nonrefundable fees are put into effect because of the financial commitments made prior to the departure of the tour.

Mandatory Negotiation, Mediation and Arbitration of disputes; Waiver of Jury Trial and Punitive Damages: In the event of any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this contract, or the breach thereof, the parties hereto shall consult and negotiate with each other and, recognizing their mutual interests, attempt to reach a solution satisfactory to both parties. If they do not reach settlement within a period of 60 days, then either party may, by written notice to the other party, demand mediation in Columbus exclusively, before a mediator mutually agreed upon by the parties. If settlement is not reached within 60 days after service of a written demand for mediation, any unresolved controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this contract shall be finally resolved by arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, and judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitrators may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. The arbitration will be conducted in the English language in the city of Columbus, Ohio in accordance with the United States Arbitration Act. There shall be three arbitrators, named in accordance with such rules. Except as may be required by law or to the minimum information necessary for entry of judgment, neither a party nor its representatives.

COVID-19 Airline Cancellation Policy:

Incase of an emergency cancellation (because of a failed COVID-19 test or travel restrictions) We provide airline insurance resources. However, it is upon the tourist to place insurance on their airline ticket. Failure to do so is entirely in the liability of the customer/tourist.

PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. No person, other than an authorized representative of Iman Tours by a document in writing, is authorized to vary, add, or waive any term or condition set forth in the preceding provisions.
