After registration travelers will be required to make a deposit towards their purchase. Deposit amounts will vary form tour to tour. After the deposit is made, an invoice will be sent to all travelers via email with the remaining cost of the tour. Travelers will have the freedom to pay for the remaining cost of the tour at their own pace but must fulfill the entire payment by the tour's deadline. The traveler's reservation will be canceled if the tour price is not pain in full by the deadline. The traveler will have to pay the mandatory cancellation fee of $1000 and request a refund for payments made via email or written statement.
